General Position Description

The Systems Integrator (SI) will work with the government client to develop a set of metrics that are important to the success of the mission. This includes developing a strategy and process to track, gather, organize, document and report these metrics. The SI may be required to analyze these metrics based on the clients requirements and needs. This may also include operational performance metrics such as system reliability, availability, MTBF, maintenance times/cycles, error rates, for specific systems. The selected candidate may be asked to provide functional analysis, timeline analysis, review requirements allocation as it relates to operational success to determine what can be improved or what problems can be avoided when building and deploying future systems. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


The SI for this position will be responsible for providing the following technical and programmatic support to client management:

  • Work with the government client to understand and craft a strategy to identify which metrics are important to the success of the mission.
  • Develop a process to gather, organize, document and report these metrics including tracking deployments and resources.
  • Perform functional analysis and timeline analysis as it relates to deployments and operations.
  • Study and analyze metrics for improving the tracking and deployment of future systems.
  • Support the presentation of metrics to upper client management.
  • As directed by the client, coordinate metrics and/or analysis with stakeholders and partners.



  • TS/SCI with Poly.
  • 10+ years of programmatic or systems integration experience.
  • Experience with developing processes to gather and track metrics.
  • Understanding of program/project development, system deployment, and operational metrics.
  • Prior experience with collection and analysis of systems performance data.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace dynamic environment.
  • Motivated self-starter and ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Previous experience working with clients organization, stakeholders and partners.
  • Requires Bachelors degree, or additional 3 years of relevant experience
  • Requires a minimum of 10 years with BS/BA (or 8 years with MS/MA or 5 years with PhD). An additional three years work experience may be substituted for a BS/BA.
