The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

This position supports the Chief and Deputy Chief and a Mission Support Administrator, working in a multi-Directorate mission. The responsibliities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assisting the Chief with scheduling and coordinating meetings and briefings
  • Assisting with scheduling of conference rooms
  • Updating and printing calendar cards for Chief and Deputy Chief on a daily basis
  • Maintaining and updating group calendar, as necessary
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineararies and assist with travel documentationand accounting
  • Assist with communications, such as inputs to weekly updates
  • Manage office supplies and orders
  • Serve as WebTA time keeper for office and backup up other SA time keepers
  • Serve as vault custodian and vault reference on security procedures
  • Facilitate passage of clearances for meetings
  • Verifying visitor clearances and submit visitor access requests
  • Reserve/schedule motor pool for external meetings
  • Maintain group standard operating procedures
  • Maintain the check-in/check-out process
  • Maintain phone lists and groups biographic data
  • Maintain org charts and placements
  • Coordinate with facilities and IT support on related office needs
  • Monitor incoming actions for Chief
  • Draft and prioritize correspondence, reviewing for accuracy and appropriate formatting
  • Draft and coordinate E-memo
  • Prepare and respond to travel cables
  • Manage the office supply budget

Qualifications

Required

  • Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD, or relevent experience
  • Experiece with use of MS Office applications
  • Experience with WebTA application
  • Familiarity with Corporate Action Tool, or willingness to learn

Desired:

  • Previous customer experience
  • Familiarity with GENISIS or willingness to learn
  • Comfort and willingness to experiment with IT tools to improve business practices
  • Familiarity with IMAGINE and OneNote or willingness to learn
