Perspecta has an upcoming need for a Systems Analyst in South Charleston, WV.

Successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment as a Platform administrator primarily focused on Siteminder/Single Sign On.

Responsible for managing the Siteminder/Single Sign On service in an enterprise data center environment, including providing day-to-day business hour, non-prime on-call or call in middleware administration support to assigned systems.


A BS/BA degree is required with 2 to 4 years experience or a MS/MA degree with 0 to 2 years experience or HS with 8 to 10 years experience.


  • Installation/Configuration/Administration of Siteminder/SSO Applications:

o Responsible for installation and configuration of Siteminder/SSO applications including, but not limited to CA Siteminder. The Administrator will follow the guidelines from the administrators already onsite when applicable.

  • Maintenance of Siteminder/SSO Applications:

o Responsible for maintaining existing and future Middleware applications providing Siteminder/SSO services. This includes applying patches to fix bugs, adding new functionality and features and installation of maintenance releases.

  • Implement Automated Infrastructure and Platform Deployments:

o Develop automated processes and tools to build out infrastructure and complete platform installations through a CI/CD pipeline.

  • Support of Application Deployments:

o Responsible for supporting development teams in integrating Siteminder/SSO into their application.

  • Participation in design and staff meetings:

o The Administrator will be required to attend in person regularly scheduled team and planning meetings. Participation is required only as it relates to the task the administrator is working with.

  • Maintain Technical / Design Documentation:

o Create and maintain technical documentation for the support of the Siteminder/SSO environments using tools such as Microsoft Office.

  • Installation, Testing, and Training:

o Responsible for testing and verification of all existing and future Siteminder/SSO environments. The Administrator will also be required to participate in testing with other technical staff and users when the need arises.

  • Progress Reports:

o Progress shall be tracked by the Administrator and Team Lead. The Administrator shall be tasked with specific units of work in the form of sprints found in the Agile methodology. The Administrator will have definitive tasks to record work against for completion within the sprint timeframe (every two weeks) and will also determine their own work to perform in each sprint.

This position requires United States Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
