## **Job Mission**

The Senior Tax Analyst will be located in Chandler, AZ , supporting the US tax department of a Netherlands based multinational company. The US tax department handles all areas of US taxation including the ASC-740 tax provision, the corporate income tax compliance, and the indirect tax compliance. Support is also provided to local business partners to analyze tax impacts of business proposals. The US tax department interfaces regularly with the regional tax teams on worldwide projects, which the Senior Analyst would assist on, in addition to the local responsibilities.

Specific responsibilities will include:



* Reconcile tax accounts


* Prepare and Review income tax compliance workpapers, including 5471 forms


* Prepare and Review state income tax workpapers, including decoupling modifications and apportionment workpapers


* Inputs tax provision data and forecast into tax provision software


* Reviews all estimated tax payment calculations for the federal and state income tax jurisdictions


* Analyzes state income tax filing requirements under individual state nexus requirements


* Prepares IC-DISC, R&D; tax credit calculations and other permanent item calculations for the tax provision and tax return


* Answer notices from federal and state income tax authorities, and prepares support for tax audits


* Assist with reviewing sales and use tax returns for three companies in all 20+ states


* Review personal property tax workpapers


* Assist with research and tax planning projects


* Perform other duties as assigned

## **Experience**



* 3-5 years experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department


* CPA preferred


* Interest in understanding and working collaboratively with all areas of the business


* Strong organization skills


* Experience with researching issues and memorializing conclusions


* Ability to communicate tax concepts to individuals without extensive tax knowledge


* Experience with OneSource Income Tax and Tax Provision or similar software preferred


* Bilingual proficiency - fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
