The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

- The Contractor shall utilize, build, maintain research, establish, administer, and update knowledge of the primary Collection Requirements Management systems for support to collection JSR planning, operations, and assessments

- The Contractor shall engage with analysts, determine intelligence needs, identifying and developing possible collection postures and strategies, and convert these intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy the customer's intelligence requirements

- Personnel shall support solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation/ registration, prioritization, and validation of multiple intelligence (GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT) discipline collection requirements management (CRM) per standing policy

- Personnel shall translate received requirements into discipline-specific language in accordance with SOPs and Combat Support Agency (CSA) guidance

- Personnel shall research and manage the customer's Theater priorities or Intelligence Community (IC) priorities and guidance to align the customer's collection requests with priorities, and balances time sensitive requests with standing collection requirements to ensure appropriate deployment of ISR assets

- Personnel shall solicit, assess, review, and publish HUMINT Intelligence Report Evaluations from the customer's analytical team.

- Develop requested products reflecting current and future collection operations and postures for the customer's AOR, additionally will provide when requested input policy, procedures and doctrine relating to collection operations in the customer's AOR

Qualifications

- Bachelor or masters degree
- 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience
- Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.

Ideal Candidate will also possess:
-Assignments require knowledge of a full range of ISR and Collection Management related concepts, principles, and practices and skills in applying this knowledge to challenging, multi-agency work assignments
- A thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems.

Utilization of tools to include, but not limited to:
Microsoft and Adobe suite of tools, GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), Collection Requirement Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), INTELINK Collaboration Tools, Google Earth, SAVANT, Multi-Media Messaging (M3), Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements-Reporting and Operational Management Environment (CHROME), Open Source Collection Acquisition Requirements Management System (OSCAR-MS)
