The ideal candidate will be aware of the available metrology solutions in the pattern space and to what extend these tools are able to identify patterning fidelity performance.

We are seeking someone who can guide the technical teams. To be specific, you will be able to formulate and prioritize specific technical developments (i.e. create a technical roadmap) that, when implemented, will enhance the performance of the HMI pattern fidelity metrology products.

Next to the above mentioned technical expertise, you will use solid communication skills to align the teams behind this road-map. As part of our team, you are expected to go beyond yourself in developing more advanced techniques and pushing the boundaries of technology.
