As a Sr. Director of Product Management on our team, you will support the overall product strategy being part of the product leadership team and articulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including feature prioritization, breakdown, and development. As part of the product management team, you are front and center in helping us move forward. Act like an owner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the Product Strategy for the Global HR and Compensation offering

. Establish Measurable Outcome Focus identifying which are the most meaningful KPIs to track to drive product OKRs.

  • Understand competitors and the market to help identify and strategize around new partnerships or acquisition targets to broaden or enhance a product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your Development and User Experience peers to guarantee the delivery of the best HR and Compensation solutions in the market.
  • Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Services teams on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved
  • Evangelize internally and externally the benefits of our Next Gen Global HR and Compensation offering.
  • Manage a team of product owners responsible of the execution for the Global HR and Compensation solution from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life

. Mentor & coach peers and lower tenured Product Owners through deliveries and effectiveness.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of Global HR solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

. Proven experience building and leading strong product teams that achieve high standards of performance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in developing new solutions from the ground up.
  • Experience in agile fast paced development environments.
  • Understanding of low-code development platforms.
  • Experience in building Global solutions.
