**Role Summary:**

The Surface Pressure Control & Offshore FP&A Leader role will be establishing operating rhythms, implementing reporting and partnering with the operational team to drive financial results of a $1B global organization. In this role, you will provide leadership on day-to-day activities and initiatives that will develop and/or streamline financial processes and reporting mechanisms.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Additionally, this role will proactively drive analysis that clearly articulates the commercial and operational drivers of the business. You will be involved in short term and long-term planning, and work with the SPC&O leadership teams to define and achieve the overall business strategy.

In the role of SPC Global FP&A Leader, you will:

+ Partner with business leaders to drive operating rigor and performance, acting as champion for cost optimization, productivity, working capital accuracy & utilization

+ Drive process improvements and standardization across business segment

+ Experience and expertise to work challenges across organizational boundaries

+ Develop estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews/reports and establish financial policies and procedures

+ Actively support & engage on tactical operational and commercial initiatives

+ Drive a culture of Risk control, Cost management, Controllership & Compliance **Qualifications/Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university

+ Minimum 5 years of industrial business experience **Desired Characteristics:**

+ CAS / FMP graduate preferred

+ Requires strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

+ Business & industry experience a plus

+ Significant interaction across functional/regional/P&L lines within the business
