Responsibilities

Senior Service Desk Analyst

Fort Eustis, VA

The Senior Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing high quality customer service interactions with the clients end users via the trouble ticket, telephone and email.

  • Facilitate and resolve a wide variety of requests, inquiries and complaints
  • Have extensive technical knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Manage a Service Desk Analyst team, to deliver outstanding service and support.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Have an active Secret clearance or is eligible to receive a secret clearance
  • 5+ years of experience providing advanced support in a service desk analyst role.
  • 2+years of experience and expertise managing a team of service desk analyst.
