Job Description: The Senior Program Integrator works within the program management specialty with an emphasis on planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling large scale programs comprising multiple related projects in support of the government program manager in complex intelligence community collection activities. The individual shall provide support in determining the overall strategy for major programs and communicating the resulting strategy. This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, providing input into strategy options, researching available technologies or capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, providing support for linking the strategy to the funding, and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy. The Program Integrator activities shall involve complex considerations of risk tolerance throughout the life of a program, multiple parallel task tracks, multiple dependencies, and complex interfaces to existing IC collection systems. The individual is expected to have extensive ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and, resolve issues identified by stakeholders. The individual shall support the Government Program Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Executive Officer for the office.

- Identify as the point of contact for group level requests and taskings.

- Manage and promptly address corporate action trackers from the front office by working with staffers to collect and generate appropriate responses.

- Work with Director and Deputy to coordinate various activities in the office

- Schedule and monitor project related activities.

- Assist with the dissemination of information in the office through close coordination with communications officer.

- Serve as a focal point for the office for external stakeholders and others requiring knowledge.

- Coordinate and support offsite meetings with stakeholders.

- Attend meetings to capture notes and actions requiring owners or additional information.

- Manage the vault use and desk assignments to include conferencing areas.

- Enable hosting of tradecraft development activities in shared vault areas.

- Manage and deconflict schedules and calendars for the Director and Deputy (~ one hour per day).

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree and 9 more years of experience.
- 9+ years of experience providing direct support to leadership, program managers or related as an executive officer, program integrator, project integrator or similar.
- Requires 5+ years of experience working in the IC.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and comfortable delivering briefings and mentoring colleagues.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the customer's organization.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation to address concerns and issues.
- Active TS/SCI w Poly clearance is required
