This role will be a key member of the financial planning and analysis team in supporting the development and maintenance of an effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis process. Responsible for generating meaningful reporting and analytics and being able to effectively communicate those findings across all levels of the organization to drive strong financial decision making. Key areas will include preparing and managing periodic results, interacting with various functional business partners, and maintaining the financial planning system. Provides insight and analysis across the P&L while understanding the revenue and expense drivers across the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analytic support to the Commercial and General and Administrative teams to drive well thought out financial decisions (i.e.: program return on investment, multi-year impact of initiatives, etc.)
  • Generate variance reporting and financial analysis for functional partners, and provide clear and timely updates to Finance leadership regarding business performance
  • Support FP&A processes including quarterly earnings call preparation, board of directors meetings, and annual business planning
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to Company policies and procedures
  • Develop ad-hoc financial analysis to support emerging initiatives, including corporate development and market analysis

Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, business partnering or other finance area, ideally with experience in healthcare, consulting, or banking. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
