Our Inside Sales Department is accepting applications for a Seasonal Sales Support person to assist in our Portland location. Tentative assignment dates are October 2017 to March 2018.

 

 

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Representing the company and its products in a professional manner.

  • Responding to inquiries, processing sales orders, and setting up appointments.

  • Documenting communications with systems provided.

  • Inputting data into the sales systems accurately.

  • Maintaining and providing exceptional customer service to both current and potential clients.

  • Working within the sales team, as well as independently, to accomplish the goals of the Inside Sales Manager.

 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to learn client-based CRM system and other internal software systems.

  • Ability to take and make phone calls regarding the department needs.

  • Ability to work scheduled days and hours requested.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience with MAS, Excel, Windows, Outlook & CRM software preferred.
