To provide programmatic and operational support to advisors, students, and alumni and ensure effective administration of the Health Professions Program. Working with a large and diverse population, this position is dynamic and multi-faceted, involving a combination of office and program administration, student outreach, and event and program coordination for a highly-utilized academic support program.

  • Serves as initial point of contact for the program, scheduling appointments with advisors and making referrals to the appropriate individual/office. - 20%
  • Coordinates and executes logistics and set-up for events, assisting during events as necessary. - 20%
  • Oversees composite letter process for health professions school application cycles. - 20%
  • Ensures that information and materials relevant to pre-health advising are updated and accessible. - 10%
  • Coordinates communication and information distribution to current students and alumni/ae involved in the program. - 10%
  • Monitors the program budget and reconciles accounts. - 10%
  • Provides administrative support to the program's faculty advisor and advising staff. - 10%
