## Job Mission

As part of Manufacturing and Logistics, the WF CS Planning Department concentrates on the availability of spare parts to ensure a healthy fillrate and satisfy customer expectations. Within Logistics, the CS Planning group is responsible for the planning, management, expediting, and adjustment of service activities, as well as the numerous daily escalations from our field sites.

## Job Description

*MRP-integrity:* Coordinate and maintain all outgoing Service spare demand in SAP.


*Order preparation & control*: Plan service orders for spares, taking into account all products, available resources (material and capacity), and the various demand-sources. Maintain and control service production orders for buy items. Interact with production planners, material planners, and procurement to meet customer demands and replenishment lead-times.

*Daily escalations*: Having the flexibility and ability to switch gears constantly to support daily emergencies and tasks that arise from our customers and the factory.


*Recording*: Daily/weekly reporting on department specific KPIs.

*Reporting and communication*: Anticipate problems and proactively communicate across various departments to solution. Report on production progress, delays and causes. Initiate actions to correct deviations from planning, taking the necessary escalation steps.


*Inventory analysis*: Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure efficient stock counts (scrap inefficient inventory, excess inventory analysis). Supervise Aged WiP certifying service production orders remain on-time.


## Education

Highschool degree or GED required, BA / BS qualification preferred

## Experience

3 to 5 years experience in materials, inventory control, customer service or production planning preferred.

## Personal skills

The candidate is an analytical, results oriented, flexible, team-worker with excellent communication skills. Has exceptional time management skills and is customer driven. Must be able to congenially work in a fast paced environment, handle pressure, multi-task, problem solve, and remain organized.

Microsoft Office suite, SAP a plus.
