**Role Summary:**

Support the definition of Onshore Wind product strategy in the Latin America region through market research, product cost & data analysis, understanding the financials of energy projects and the competitive landscape. Provide strategic recommendations to the Renewable Energy leadership team while interacting with different functions within Renewable Energy (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Finance).

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Do market research. Work together with Marketing.

+ Sales teams to map projects, identifying the regions with best wind resources and other variables that affect our commercial strategy. Understand how macroeconomics affect wind projects.

+ Build and maintain competitors intelligence. Understand competitors product, commercial and supply chain strategy and their cost position.

+ Identify new technologies and long term strategy to maintain our leadership and grow in other regions within the Latin America region.

+ Understand financials of energy projects in the Latin America region.

+ Understand customers model and their assumptions to evaluate wind projects for pricing purpose.

+ Maintain and improve our internal financial models to specific local rules regarding revenue, financing, taxes, operation costs, along with others.

+ Understand auction dynamics to develop our product and commercial strategy.


+ Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration from an accredited university or college. Engineering also acceptable.

+ Very strong analytical and time management skills.

+ Ability to work closely with multiple functions.

+ Self-motivating, results oriented and always raising the bar on yourself.

+ Ability to understand and improve complex processes in a cross-functional environment.

+ Good communication skills.

+ Advanced English.

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Advanced Excel (VBA desirable).

+ Corporate finance knowledge is desirable.
