Process Consultant Job Description

Position Overview

A process consultant will perform the role of T2 process owner. He or She will be responsible for managing and overseeing the objectives and performance of CS process through Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The process will have the authority to make required changes related to achieving process objectives This individual will work throughout the system with a broad range of stakeholder groups in teams, countries and clusters, while working with the Business Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Together with Business Transformation Consultant, provide subject matter expertise to drive rapid standardization and optimization of processes across countries within the Tier
  • Drive payroll process reviews to address any identified gaps in compliance, standards, best practices. Actively support critical client improvement projects when required
  • Together with SRMs and FS align KPI and SLA definitions and tracking across country and region.
  • Together with FS and other Tier Process Owners transition new tools into service adapting existing processes
  • Working with FS and legal, clarify and standardize service scope within the countries and region; validate new service requests, clarify services and KPIs in client contracts
  • Clarify and optimize scope of work for Tier1, Tier2 and Tier 3 roles.
  • Train associates on work in scope and out of contracted scope; audit the adherence to the standard process. Contribute to definition of Skill Matrix for the Tier.
  • Lead monthly Tier meetings with Tier Champions to drive knowledge and best practice sharing, communicate and implement changes, projects impact, legislation impact.
  • Drive knowledge management actively shape Payroll and HCM (previously SAP) Academies and all trainings for the Tier
  • Design MS processes for EMEA region using best practices.
  • Ensure standard required audit reports are configured.
  • Analyze RCA and security incidents and adapt, improve MS processes
  • Manage client escalations in cooperation with TM and SRM
  • Adapt continuous improvement mindset and based on experience suggest improvements
