We are searching for communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients served. Filling this role you will manage team of consultants, who are acting as a point of contact for ADP's clients in terms of Payroll. You will also build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with your clients.

To succeed in this position, candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with the customers. It is crucial for you to be able to put yourself in clients shoes and handle complaints and escalations in a tactful manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing team of Client Service consultants,
  • Increasing team efficiency and quality of service in Payroll area,
  • Efficiently handling clients escalations and preventing additional issues by improving processes,
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value,
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect,
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment,
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior,
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services,
  • Identifying payroll industry trends,
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent,
  • At least 2 years of experience on a managerial/leadership position,
  • Experience/bacground in Payroll is a must,
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure,
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data,
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills,
  • Excellent active listening skills,
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally,
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
