As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Payroll Analyst will help the team by supporting accurate and timely execution of weekly and annual payroll events as well as payroll projects to drive efficiency, improve accuracy and reduce manual payroll efforts. Under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, the analyst will be responsible for accurate payroll and tax records of our expatriate employees; develop project plans and ensure successful execution of new initiatives such as incorporation of benefit structure changes in the payroll function; partnership with HRIS, ADP and other vendors to develop, implement and test changes to payroll file integrations; maintain Payroll’s Standard Operating Procedures as business, benefits or compensation structures evolve.

Specific responsibilities may include:

Partner with external vendors and internal partners to resolve escalations from employees and/or their managers regarding payments to employees.

Identify and address deficiencies, redundancies, gaps, and variances and recommend enhancements for process improvements.

Assist in system enhancement projects and upgrades including schedule coordination, defining the test strategy and implementation timeline, and serving as SME to other teams executing projects which affect payroll.

Timely updates to system mappings, tables, and matrices

Assist vendors and internal partners on test and production payrolls (e.g. annual bonuses, dividends, quarterly stock purchase, scheduled leave payments, and the like)

Maintain an awareness of industry standards and current, new, and changed wage and hour, federal, and state laws and regulations to maintain compliance and to integrate best practices.

- Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience


Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related payroll experience including at least 3 years’ experience with expatriate payroll and taxes

ADP experience strongly preferred

Experience with automated payroll processing and report writing tools

Certified Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) preferred

Further, the candidate must possess extensive knowledge and experience with government contracting including knowledge of applicable federal laws and regulatory policies and practices (e.g. SCA, DCAA, and the like).
