## **Job Mission**

Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate, complete and timely responses on customer order related requests. This includes quote generation, order booking and order fulfillment activities.



## **Job Description**

Transacting:


* Transact quotes and customer POs within SAP sales order system


* Initial focus will be on order management for billable and direct spare parts with expanding responsibilities to include all forms of ASML products and services


* Other duties, as assigned

Customer Service:


* Ensures timely response on requests for quotation, quote modifications and booking of customer orders. Requests may originate from customers directly (region dependent), Account Managers and / or Account Support representatives


* Work closely with internal teams to meet departmental service level commitments and deadlines in an accurate and timely manner

Process Improvements:


* Participates in analyses to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of order management related processes, e.g. quotation, order entry and order fulfillment;


* In conjunction with stakeholders, define, align, and drive structural improvements to the broader Quote-to-Cash business process

Documentation:


* Retains sales documents and related files in the ASML document management system


* Maintenance of order management department’s information archives, such as the customer knowledge database


* Maintenance of departmental written work instructions and process overviews

## **Education**



* Financial education is highly preferred; technical affinity is an enabler for interaction with stakeholders


* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred



## **Experience**



* Minimum two year’s working experience in general administrative function


* Prior experience with order entry, order control preferred

* Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills and delivers work of good quality even when executing several tasks simultaneously
