Role Summary:An Operations Specialist is responsible for many different activities in the areas of fulfillment,

inventory management, and Product Technical support.

Essential Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate with upstream order management counterparts in GE Healthcare modalities to meet

Point-of-Sale demands, tracking activities in Excel based trackers.

Manage and execute on assigned sales orders, including date and delivery management, license

and site readiness verification, procurement, fulfillment, and proactive communication with GE

Field Teams.

Execute materials planning functions to support inventory levels and satisfy customer demands.

Work with Suppliers to assure material availability.

Coordinate with affiliates and international customers to assure shipment of compliant materials.

Act as primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics processes, order fulfillment,

and material availability.

Improve operational effectiveness by driving and supporting key processes including Oracle ERP

transactions, returns, cancellations, GIQ Issues, inventory reduction, and resolution of receiving

issues.



Provide support for Accessories sales in the GEHC installed base, internal Call Center, and field

sales teams, including answering inquires and technical questions from inside/outside sources.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field, or High School diploma/GED and 8 years of operations or

fulfillment related experience

Minimum 2 years project management and /or team leadership experience.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, and with the team, to determine daily allocation of

team resources to meet all objectives of the Operations activities, with a self-directed mindset.

Minimum 1+ years prior computer experience and enhanced application skills (business software

i.e. Oracle, MS Office Applications)

Minimum 1+ years of Supply Chain processes experience

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Materials, or Logistics.

Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment, showing the ability to lead team activities,

cross train team members, and implement strategies to keep team members informed and

energized.

Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multitasking

and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail. Adaptable to

multiple requests and daily changes.

Creative Problem Solving Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of

problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions

quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.

Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive sustainable change, lead multiple projects to closure,

handle complexity, and trouble shoot

Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong verbal phone communication, effective benefit-oriented

presentation skills and robust influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives.
