Responsibilities

The PMO Support role is responsible for coordinating the onboarding, offboarding, and access requests with the client and internally. They own all related SOPs, tracking documents, and communicating status reports to the client and to project leadership. They are responsible for the coordination and collection of the contract deliverables with the respective team leads and delivering that to program leadership and to the client. Additional responsibilities include general team support which may include coordinating team meetings/trainings and capturing meeting minutes.


Qualifications

A minimum of three (4) years experience supporting PMO functions
Bachelors degree required; BS preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Exemplary customer service skills including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt response, and exercise patience, respect and professionalism in all interactions
Computer literate and can work comfortably with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email
Ability to handle confidential material
Ability to efficiently respond in a calm and effective manner to a variety of demands and projects
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver high quality work
Must be able to obtain NACI
