Job Details

We have an immediate opening in our Tillamook Branch office for someone to provide office and customer support. This part-time position will be about 25 hours per week with additional hours when needed.

Essential Functions

  • Customer service in person and via phone
  • Scanning and filing
  • Data entry
  • Assist preparing driver reports and other paperwork
  • Run errands outside of office requiring driving
  • General administration support
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with 10 key
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to take direction and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to learn a variety of software
  • Able to lift to 35 pounds
  • Able to work additional hours as vacation back-up
  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DMV check.
