The SEIN program delivers full life-cycle systems integration and engineering services to advance the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG). SEIN is chartered to provide technical leadership for many of NSG’s highest priorities, including the production of Foundation GEOINT (FG) systems which provides accurate renderings of geospatial data for mapping and charting, and serves as a backdrop GEOINT reporting. The FG/OBP Integration Project works across government offices and programs, as well as across SEIN engineering projects to coordinate enterprise FG efforts and deliver new capabilities into operations. Reporting to the FG Integration Project Lead, the FG/OBP Integrator is accountable for defining the future state of how Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and Structured Observation Management (SOM) and Foundation GEOINT (FG) integrate together to enable Object Based Production (OBP).

Responsibilities include the following:

- Engage internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute time-phased epochs/effectivities for migrating capabilities into the operational baseline
- Lead the development of key project products, such as mission CONOPS documents, engineering assessments, weekly status reports, technical analysis reports, integration plans, test plans, schedules, and briefings
- Translate mission and system roadmap elements into deployment objectives
- Identify and maintain a capability matrix for each delivery thread to identify gaps, system risks, and mission issues
- Lead the identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution technical risks and issues to ensure the timely, functionally efficient, and cost effective stand-up of new capabilities
- Lead project efforts through readiness events, with focus on protecting NSG baseline system integrity
- Orchestrate enterprise deployment efforts, including system and stakeholder readiness, transition rehearsal, transition to operations, and user acceptance
- Serve as the focal point for transition activity plan execution through the stand up and execution of WAR room activities
- Conduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes, operational concepts, and project status, and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plans

Required Qualifications:

- TS/SCI Clearance (with current SSBI favorably adjudicated within the last 5 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / CS / Math / Science / or related technical experience
- 5+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or systems development experience
- 2+ years of related experience with NGA, DoD, or IC partners
- Experience in deployment planning, including readiness, test and transition
- Experience with agile engineering or agile development programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications

- Advanced degree in a technical field
- 4+ years of experience as a systems of systems integrator, or enterprise integration
- 2+ years of experience with any of the various OBP related PoRs: FCMS, Cedalion, eXploit, Structured Observation Management (SOM), Analytic Modernization (AMOD), Resource Knowledge System (RKS), Foundation GEOINT Modernization (FGMOD)
- 2+ years of experience with any of the various Foundation GEOINT domains, e.g., maritime, aeronautical, topographic, GeoNames and Boundaries, etc.
- 2+ years of experience in system interface engineering or interface analysis
- 2+ years of experience in cloud technology engineering
- 1+ years of experience with NGA portfolio initiatives
- 1+ years of experience in technical coordination across the IC
