Responsibilities

We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this potential opening. We do not have assurance at this time that the position will be opened and when. This position is contingent upon contract award. *An Active Secret clearance is required*

  • Preparing and conducting briefings/trainings.
  • Reviewing training material, technical manuals, updates due to engineering changes, modification work orders, configuration and variant changes to the end items, and updates addressing incidental corrections to format, punctuation or other minor errors.
  • System installation and checkout.
  • Configuration of software fielding. Post-fielding assessments for CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Integrate training of separate sub-system, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, logistics, engineering, production, transportation, maintenance and logistics support for all PdM Radars products.
  • Coordinate all special training actions necessary to support the program's acquisition strategy, and conduct all necessary coordination between stakeholders and resolve training related issues.
  • Assist PdM Radars in managing fielding/NET, Displaced Equipment Training (DET), delta training, New Software Training (NST), and de-fielding efforts. Schedule, track, and coordinate PdM Radars products via the Total Package Fielding (TPF) concept outlined in AR 700-142 to ensure all products are delivered. Provide data and briefings to PdM Radars leadership as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience as system administrators, prior to and during fielding's or operator maintenance.
  • Experience with technical, tactical, and logistical insight for the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of PdM portfolio of systems.
  • Able to collect data from Army units for the fielding requirements, facilities, manpower support, shipping information, and points of contact.
  • Experience developing installation and new equipment training schedule.
  • Experience conducting new equipment and sustainment training at unit locations.
  • Experience coordinating with PdM in response to system integration requirements and the integration of engineering change orders into previously fielded systems.
  • Ability to perform technical training that supports the initial transfer of knowledge on the operation and maintenance of new equipment as a means of establishing a training capability.
  • Ability to provide support during technical manual reviews and validations.
  • Experience conducting pre-fielding inventories of all system end items to include Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and BII. CompTIA Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of NET/Fielding experience is required
    • Substitutions: Eight (8) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree.

The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess and be able to maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance, as a qualification and condition for employment.
