**Role Summary:**

Clinical CT Leader will help increase GE CT orders, sales, margin, & share through world-class clinical CT consulting, strong customer relationships, & educational support for regional sales team, national show sites, academic sites & regional customer base. This role will work as part of the national CT commercial team, which includes the CT Product Marketing Manager & regional CT Sales Specialists. There is a focus on pre & post-sale activities as well as marketing activities to include

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Work with the assigned regional CT sales leaders and account community teams to present clinical value proposition of GE CT product line to customers. Support CT sales, orders, and margin targets.

Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

Proactively develop and implement demo and install strategies to drive growth

Create and maintain a comprehensive image library of sample cases.

Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer

Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training

Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies

Align customer and field team priorities with clinical marketing, engineering and make-centers

Cultivate and leverage customer relationships at all levels as necessary.

Increase customer satisfaction levels at assigned National Show Site & Luminary customers as well as key regional advanced application sites complement Applications Training team.

Support, educate and maintain GE CT presence at all assigned Show Sites, Reference Sites and Luminaries.

Assist the sales team in national show site customer visits and HQ customer visits.

Participate in product Pilot Site turnovers, ensuring training on new development features as well as installation of effective protocols for utilization of those features.

Clinical Voice of Customer to New Product Introduction (NPI), Americas Commercial Marketing and Upstream Teams.

Consult on Customer Satisfaction Opportunity (CSO) issues.

Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices

Act as a mentor to regional commercial teams, including account managers, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience

Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align applications activities with sales needs and business objectives

Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met


1. Demonstrated current advanced clinical scanning proficiencies in CT.

2. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with CAMRT certification (or equivalent) Knowledge/proficiency in CRM tools with application to manage large installed base, drive meaningful analytics, and account and opportunity strategies.

3. National account coverage, including >50% travel.

4. Fluency in English and French

**Desired Characteristics:**

1. Active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting.

2. Minimum 3 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios

3. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field

4. Strong leadership skills (respected by peers and leadership for contributions to the business)

5. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)

6. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms

7. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

8. Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

9. Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)

10. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

11. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset

12. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time

13. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

14. Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred

15. Experience on all current GE products for which responsibilities cover

16. Experience within GE Clinical Applications or Clinical Marketing roles
