Job Description

 

Position Summary:  


The Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM)  Reporting Analyst supports the definition of a standard MCM measurement framework, designs marketing performance reports, and manages report development, generation and delivery. The MCM Reporting Analyst generates standard reports and dashboards and will generate custom reports when required in accordance with brand requirements.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Supports the definition of standard MCM measurement framework with input from MCM leadership, MCM Brand Engagement Leads and brand stakeholders
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Defines report objectives, target audience, and frequency, and determines how reports will be used to answer key business questions and drive tactic optimization
  • Develops and maintains standard MCM report designs based on leading industry examples & internal best practices based on input from Brands and preferred service providers (analytics, reporting)
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to Marketing Leadership
  • Manages the generation of standard reports in marketing reporting/visualization platform in alignment with designs and coordinates QA and testing
  • Manages the development and generation of custom or ad-hoc reports based on unique brand and business requirements
Qualifications

 

 

  • Education Required: Undergraduate BA/BS degree in applicable discipline; advanced degree in relevant discipline preferred
  • Experience Required: 3+ years of experience as a financial or business analyst with Pharmaceutical related experience
  • Experience in SAP, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers along with strong presentation skills
