**Role Summary:**



Measure Solutions Sr. Sales Manager - Pressure is responsible for growing orders of Pressure products and services in the assigned territory. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build pipeline, accurately forecast and close orders.







**Essential Responsibilities:**



In the role of Measurement Solutions Sr. Sales Manager - Pressure you will:







+ Develop and implement a plan for growing Pressure Sales in the Midwest region (IL, WI, MI, OH, IN, MO, MN)



+ Support channel partners during customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations



+ Support Product Development with market trending, customer feedback, and field experience



+ Build Opportunity Pipeline: Identify new opportunities for our current product offering



+ Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on all pressure products



+ Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities **Qualifications/Requirements:**



+ Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university



+ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales management or product managementEligibility Requirements:



+ Travel 30-40% of the time, as required **Desired Characteristics:**



+ Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent sales experience



+ Demonstrated Domain Expertise of Pressure products



+ Energetic, self-driven, financially motivated sales professional



+ Strong knowledge of the pressure sensor and instrumentation market



+ Strong knowledge of the automotive industry



+ Ability to cold call and develop relationships with current and new customer accounts



+ Ability to communicate and sell to multiple levels within the customer organization



+ Relevant experience in Sales and Sales Management



+ Ability to clearly communicate product opportunity to management as needed



+ Proven experience in executing a successful tradeshow



+ Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results



+ Profit motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction



+ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills



+ Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite



+ Previous experience leading others, with a demonstrated ability to influence team members, command respect, promote skill development, and foster strategic discipline throughout a team



+ Strong analytical and forecasting skills and knowledge of all business reports, including in-depth knowledge of financial statements
