**Role Summary:**







Fulfillment of inventory goals, respond to customer needs on time, efficiently manage the economic resources of our organization through its functions, comply with the policies of S & L and comply with and enforce the policies of Security and QHSE.







**Essential Responsibilities:**







+ Position reports to the AL LATAM Material Manager



+ Plan, direct, control, coordinate and evaluate all inventory planning and control activities (i.e. master scheduling, stocking, inventory planning/turnover, materials handling, and forecasting)



+ Responsible for all processes and tools related to demand planning, inventory planning and order management including but not limited to S&OP, E2E, etc, for the country or region



+ Ensure liaison between the country or region with manufacturing centers



+ Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all policies related to inventory



+ Ensure accurate on inventory records and reporting



+ Responsible for setting inventory levels to improve service levels, while simultaneously reducing inventory to the lowest acceptable levels



+ Responsible for managing safety stocks, service levels, lead-times



+ Consult with country or region financial, purchasing, engineering and operations personnel regarding business level forecasts, inventory reserves, and other factors which may affect inventory



+ Handle special projects, as assigned







**Qualifications/Requirements:**







+ University degree (engineering preferred)



+ 5+ years experience in inventory coordination



+ Languages: English Intermediate level

+ Strong negotiating skills



+ Strong verbal and written communication skills



+ Knowledge of division product line and processes preferred
