## Job Mission

Support the production process by the cleaning, storage, availability and recording of cleanroom packing materials, part-ready products, tools and equipment. Use the established procedures for the timely delivery of materials for the benefit of Production.

## Job Description

Collection, unpacking and the cleaning of materials: the collection of materials from the different locations, the unpacking and the visual inspection of these materials The removal and/or transport of packing materials and trash. The cleaning of the materials by the prescribed methods and their collection after cleaning. Liaison with the users over the delivery of the materials to their reserved locations. Maintain an efficient and orderly working area;

Returns/defects: assist in drawing attention to and the control of returned and defective materials. Use approved procedures to record and keep up to date the administration of these materials and their distribution to the relevant locations. If necessary, be willing to deal with the onward dispatch of these materials;

Material flow: make sure that the materials and production tools given in the detailed production planning are available at the working area at the correct time. Deal with all the relevant material transactions and bookings in the company operating system that refer to the completed equipment;

Clean room storage: store small parts, intermediate parts, expense materials, hand materials and hand tools on behalf of Production. Manage and issue these on behalf of production planning, works orders and in-house issue vouchers. Be responsible for the ordering of expense materials, hand materials and hand tools. Maintain the cleanroom storage area in an efficient and orderly condition;

Reporting/monitoring: Deal with information in the administration and monitoring systems and develop suggestions to improve them;

Performance and improvement: give support, through good cooperation, to the solution of problems and the introduction of new ideas. Give input to and help the implementation of departmental responsibilities. Propose improvements to existing processes and ideas for new processes and help initiate these essential activities.

High School degree required

## Experience



* Knowledge of SAP shipping transactions, TranspariX, Bonded Movement (FTZ) and AES>



* Be able to use electric walkies, manual pallet jacks and drive a fork lift.
