Material handler in the fab

## Job Description



* Scope customer dock, SWA and vice versa


* Responsibility: Execution of Basic logistical activities in the customer fab including; Receiving goods at the customer dock from 3PL, transport and clean wipe move to fab laydown areas


* Administrative; update material trackers (E2Open) including inventory management for delivery- and return flow


* Maintain dock-, elevator-, vestibule- and laydown areas conform Intel norms (Housekeeping)


* Ensure correct and timely material handover process with engineers including pull-lists, PoD and PoR


* Process return materials (correctly packed, labeled, documented (e.g. MAPS, QM-label and return PRF) back to customer dock and handover to 3PL


* Applicable for all materials for DUV/EUV -Upgrades, -Installs and -sustaining events in all HBO Intel fabs

1) Safety conformation by maintaining both Intel and ASML CBT’s at 100%


* Safety first mentality always, by pro-actively speak-up and setting the example for others to
follow and always wear PPE at all time


* Safety management by walking around, and take the initiative to prevent the hazard by addressing appropriately
2) Performance: Execution of Basic logistical activities in the customer fab including: (40%)


* Receiving goods at the dock from Schenker driver / transport and clean wipe to fab laydown areas conform norm


* Administrative update material tracker conform norm incl inventory management for delivery- and return flow


* Maintain dock, elevator, vestibule and laydown areas conform Intel norms (Housekeeping)


* Ensure correct and timely Material handover process with engineers including pull-lists, PoD and PoR


* Process return materials (correctly packed, labeled, documented (e.g. MAPS, QMlabel and return PRF) back to customer dock and handover to 3PL


* Escalate timely and correctly to shift lead to conform OCAP and norm


* Embed and execute additional services conform norm e.g. PELE-tools, VMI trolleys, TTQM, etc 3) People and development (20%)


* Timely daily presence and prior communication regarding absence (e.g. sickness, holiday). Also
timely entry of your timecards into SAP.


* Capability to run the in fab logistics process from customer dock to SWA by your own o Have active participation during pass down with the understanding we need to communicate that
pass down equally across 4 shifts


* Manage and steer own development by timely do your DAP and PPM (Mid- and end year) and drive your own capabilities


* Based on In fab logistics skill matrix (OPL’s, training sessions, CBT’s, etc) develop knowledge regarding

## Education

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

## Experience

1 to 2 years of material handling computer skills, excel, word, communication skills, able to work in a stand alone or team enviroment.

## Personal skills

Team member that has a winning attitude and who enjoys working in a clean room environment.
