To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes. Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications. Create and design production tooling including generation of mechanical drawings. Generate technical work instructions. Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of complicated Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems. Maintain equipment and qualify future hardware upgrades. Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions. Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure. Interface with internal and external customers regarding the build and test of assemblies and final products.

## Job Description



* Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.


* Introduce new products into production in an existing “Concurrent Engineering” environment.


* Create and design production tooling & qualification test


* Generate mechanical drawings for tooling and parts from CAD models.


* Generate technical work instructions.


* Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of the Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems.


* Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.


* Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.


* Evaluate test results from RGA equipment to determine if the parts, assemblies, or modules meet contamination requirements.


* Interface with internal and external customers regarding the build and test of assemblies and final products


* Create and direct equipment calibration, upkeep, and new equipment specification and procurement for all analytical instruments used in manufacturing.

## Education



* Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, or related degree (i.e. Manufacturing engineering) with mechanical experience.

## Experience



* Experience with vacuum systems as plus


* Mechanical aptitude a plus


* One to Five years (or more experience & Co-op ok) in an Engineering environment


* Working knowledge of NX/Teamcenter preferred


* SAP, Statistical programs a plus.
