## Job Description



* Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing)


* Expert on logistics and the implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material


* Works according to pre-defined 'In-Fab-Logistics' process instructions


* Responsible for cross checks on the incoming goods on correctness and quality of 12NC, numbers and time (before sign-off)


* Responsible for Inventory management: monitor if / update material tracker whenever materials are received & called-off or returned


* Supervisor of work area's incl. process area, material storage locations and staging area for both LDA and MSB


* Works according to the customer 'House' rules including wearing proper PPE, no personal phones and safety requirements regarding material handling and responsible to monitor the adherence of other material handlers at the client site


* Ability to effectively communicate with Drivers, Riggers, Colleagues, Group Lead(s) and Customer. Furthermore, monitor the effective communication of the other material handlers and coach / correct when needed


* In case of escalation; to escalate to Group lead according to predefined process


* Responsible to manage cycle count follow-up


* Responsible for reporting of operational progress to Group Lead


* Excel / material tracker data skills;

Responsible for shift including:


* Pass down at beginning and end of shift (using template)


* Shift phone / hotspot (handover during pass down)


* Monitoring data updates during shift (material tracker)


* Monitor adherence of Material Handler collueagues to 'In Fab Logistics' process


* Escalation communication


## Personal skills



* Working in shift at customer location and office


* Affinity with and/or knowledge of logistics


* SAP knowledge


* Hands on mentality and proactively identifies and implements improvements


* Accurate and responsible in their actions; aware if their example position towards the material handler group


* Service minded (aware of being the face of ASML at customer site)


* Advanced communication skills including proper management of the material handlers


* Able to work independently


* Teamplayer & adherence mentor to new material handlers


* Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines
