ADP is seeking a Lead Front End UI Developer.

  • Join a team of talented software engineers, plan, execute and deliver top quality software deliverables on-time.
  • Act as a primary, dedicated technology interface owning the technical responsibility for architecture, analysis, design, development, and implementation of responsive user interface.
  • Work closely with product to define and implement and improve user experience.
  • Overall, you will be responsible for day-to-day task management and sprint planning, working closely with product and stakeholders, participating in design sessions, leading and mentoring engineers to ensure that they follow best practices and guidelines, performing heads-down development, working on technical integrations with backend APIs, and working with QA to assure top quality deliverables on-time.


  • 7+ years of overall technical experience with hands-on experience in application development / system / platform / integration and testing software/solutions, 7+ years of experience includes open source and/or strong front end development using JavaScript frameworks(e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS or Node.js)
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
  • Must have solid knowledge and professional experience developing compelling web application with HTML, DOM, CSS,JavaScript, AJAX,cross-browser compatibility issues, and client-side performance optimization.
  • Expert level understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, building large JavaScript applications with a focus on site speed, Ajax calls, lazy/asynchronous loading of JavaScript.
  • Need to have solid command of web standards, best practices, and browser compatibility issues.
  • Be able to create a quick prototype from ideas and mockups from wire frames.
  • Write and support reusable JavaScript libraries that are used across the site.
  • Good understanding of the core of browsers and how they render HTML.
  • Version Control systems, preferable GIT
  • Experience with agile / waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience interfacing with Restful APIs
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development
  • Able to work in fast pace high performance development environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with behavior-driven testing frameworks like Cucumber and integration-testing frameworks like Selenium and SoapUI
  • Experience in SCRUM, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins
