A role in Finance Process & Technology means providing world-class client service that maximizes the business value of enterprise and technology strategies across the Finance systems portfolio. Your focus will be to ensure the Finance organization is ready, willing and able to function at their best throughout transitions and transformations today and in the future.

As a Lead Finance Change & Learning Consultant, you will:

Focus on strategies, behaviors, and tactical tools which drive successful outcomes, building on your knowledge of culture and talent development. Your focus will be to ensure the organization is ready, willing and able to function as you identify the most critical transitions, competency gaps, or key moments resulting from highly complex change to people, process, data and/or technology. You will leverage strong partnerships with business leaders and key enterprise partners, as well as your learning & development knowledge, to create comprehensive, measurable learning strategies aimed to accelerate business results using training, and non-training solutions.

Increase our organizational change capability within the Finance client group as you:

  • Synthesize and/or distill organization and IT strategies into consumable, people-centric components
  • Equip our talent (team members and leaders) through Finance-centric transitions
  • Develop a deep understanding of leaders and team members at all levels by building knowledge of talent, health and mindset of the team, their core business drivers, and strategic roadmaps
  • Create learning experiences to invest and build new capabilities prioritized across the Finance Leadership Team
  • Utilize your stand-up facilitation skills to dynamically facilitate and manage a diverse group of learners in a variety of learning environments (classroom, peer-learning situations, virtual/remote training, and self-paced)
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to amplify stories of impact and showcase connection between readiness, adoption, and business results

About you:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Prosci, CPLP, APTD, or other Change Management/Learning Professional certification preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in the organizational change and/or learning & development field applying change, instructional design & development, and project based methodologies (Prosci, ADDIE, PMBOK, etc.)
  • Experience leading large complex cross-functional change efforts and programs (including management of intake, identifying strategic learning opportunities & success factors, scope assessment, resource recommendations, readiness and adoptions routines, and consulting)
  • Experience in creating and implementing learning & engagement solutions for a variety of situations, delivered through user-centric modalities
  • Demonstrated ability in consulting with multiple levels of leadership, including strengths-based coaching and mentoring
  • Experience curating and developing a portfolio of internal and external development content; adult classroom facilitation planning and execution
  • Experience developing robust strategic communication plans (Public Relations/ Marketing skills)
  • Proven ability to build broad and deep business acumen quickly
  • Background in design thinking
