SAIC is currently hiring an Intelligence Analyst to support our Cyber Network Operations Planning Desk with our customer at Ft. Meade. This position is on the front line of Cyber offense, defense and DoDIN operations!

Job Description:

The Intelligence Analysts supporting Computer Network Operations Planning provide specialized expertise in such areas as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection and Analysis, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), All- Source Intelligence Analysis and Production, Intelligence Collection Management, and Exercise Planning to integrate Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE), intelligence reports and products and information into JPGs and OPTs. Makes recommendations and provide guidance on Intelligence Directorate-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: intelligence systems architecture; networking; intelligence processes, TTPs, intelligence partnerships and workforce development.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provides All-Source Intelligence support.

- Provides input to briefings, risk assessments, intelligence concepts and incorporate intelligence into the joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency operations.

- Provides input for the development of cyberspace Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Courses of Action (COAs), and other related documents.

- Provides input to address intelligence shortfalls, prioritize, and validate requirements and be prepared to modify development planning efforts based on the changing cyberspace environment.

- Contributes to the development of intelligence related exercise scenarios, exercise operational plans, and other required documentation.

- Conducts research of current and emerging threats to U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR).

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 5 years experience with cyberspace intelligence in any of the five intelligence disciplines: CI/HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT or All-Source Analysis. Collections Management and Targeting experience is beneficial but not required.

- Understanding of CNO strategy.

- Must obtain an IAM Level III Certification within 6 months of accepting this position. (CISM, CISSP, GSLC)

Desired Skills/ Experience:

- Ability to develop and present briefing materials.
- Understanding of the Military Planning Process and experience supporting OPTs, JPGs, and supporting OPLANs, OPORDs and FRAGO.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively, including public speaking, and briefing senior officers.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
