Experience working in a Windows environment. Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel..) and Adobe Acrobat. Must have a history of excellent customer service skills.

Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm, up to 20 hours per week

Job Summary

The University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences Office of Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a student IT Logistics Assistant to help both complete new purchasing orders and manage existing orders throughout the entire purchasing process. The team member will be in charge of all purchasing of computer devices and related equipment for all departments within the College of Health Sciences. The team member will work closely with CHS faculty and staff, UK approved vendors and their representatives, the CHS Business Office and the rest of the OTS team to complete purchase.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task; must be reliable, punctual, and have the ability to deal with a wide range of clients.
