**Role Summary:**



The Core Imaging business provides diagnostic imaging contrast media for X-ray, CT, MR, Ultrasound, PET and SPECT. The Europe business is a $450m revenue business with a market leading position in many segments. In this role, the GM, Europe, Core Imaging leads the Europe Sales organization and proactively defines & implements sales strategy for the region.







**Essential Responsibilities:**







+ Defines the Sales strategy for a geographic area or a business.



+ Manage overall Sales revenue, margin, base costs and orders goals in a manner that fulfills business goals, lists and maintain focus on high impact.



+ Demonstrate the ability to generate business opportunities that leverage GEHC in the market place



+ Drives and implement business initiatives to trigger Growth



+ Manages large experienced Sales team.



+ Mobilizes and motivates Sales team towards fulfilling Life Sciences strategic business goals



+ Recruits, coaches and develop talents in his team



+ Effectively utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market place.



+ Build long term relationship with customers, provide leadership and direction in crucial customers interface. Strengthen GEHC external image with luminaries



+ In conjunction with local teams, builds a working environment which values teamwork to the overall benefit of customer satisfaction.







**Qualifications/Requirements:**







+ Significant, successful sales/marketing leadership experience



+ Proven years of successful senior level sales management and general management experience



+ Proven years in healthcare industry



+ Willingness and ability to travel



+ Strong management skills and capability to develop talents



+ Strongly compliance driven

+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.



+ Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.



+ Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

+ Multiple years of Core Imaging experience preferred



+ Familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and structures desirable



+ Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes



+ Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor



+ Role can be based anywhere in Europe
