**Role Summary:**

Responsible for handling customer requests, with focus on customer satisfaction. Ensure order handling, reporting and invoices in proper/ established time.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Take reasonable care for their own health and safety

+ Encourage safe practices in others

+ Consider the safety of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions

+ Ensure that before doing any practical training, test of equipment orproviding technical service a JSEA is developed and signed

+ Ensure correctness of equipment and good vehicles condition

+ Ensure insurance for all fleet is valid/ organizerefresh

+ Determine the scope of the fleet repair/ services needed to be done,prioritize the work repair orders and communicate the information to thedepartment manager

+ Ensure the cost improvement in all areas of spare parts, insurance and services


+ Current and valid class B+E Driving licence

+ At least basic experience in automotive branch/ managing fleet

+ Good computer skills (MS office)
