Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Identifies resources required for each task. Performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Possesses expert knowledge and experience in the requirements and integration. Works with engineers on systems integration. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

  • Gather and organize financial data from Contract Technical Task Manager or designated/authorized staff
  • Compile and analyze financial reports as required by senior management
  • Manage and Maintain balance sheets with cross-reporting datasets
  • Create and Track internal registers for verification with other system reports
  • Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases
  • Prepare financial reports and communication with precision to management for operational strategies
  • Budget and Tracking for Ad Hoc Telecommunications Projects; including but not limited to, tracking completion of site-level buildouts and when they become billable
  • Compare and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and making recommendations to management
  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to automate accounting
  • Manage and MaintainExcel dashboards
  • Data analytics and financial trend analysis reporting
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide professional result-oriented replies, reliably consistent with a unique awareness for the clients review and as well as their collaboration and validation with senior management (Accurate, Proactive Results)
  • Once a task is assigned, resolve the task with appropriate focused problem-solving skills, communicate and validate iterative cycles of analysis
  • Prioritize work designated by POCs, and support coworkers requests within the bounds of work scope, and always in compliance with agency rules of behavior.
  • At times may need to support audio conference bridge que for customer support tickets


  • Associates Degree or Higher, and/or 5 15 Years of Experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation
  • Must be able to work in downtown Washington, DC. (Some telework may be available after 90 day probationary period)
  • General IT Knowledge
  • Must have excellent listening skills in order to discern multifaceted responsibilities by a cross section of various organizational team members.
  • Must have excellent communications skills which demonstrate genuine respect of coworkers and organization mission responsibilities (Active Listener)
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to be able to:
    • discern the interpersonal relationships of teams and management
    • decompose the assigned work product and its intended results

    • Must have excellent discretion for accessing, handling, securing and sharing financial information.
  • Must be able to create, edit, and have publish-ready documentation (writing, formatting, grammar, spelling, data accuracy, headers, footers, action captions, etc.)
  • Must have excellent business ethics and professional maturity to work with senior management
  • Must maintain the greatest confidentiality of written and oral communications; directly communicated or indirectly overhead due to proximity
  • Must be able to ascertain required information, due dates, expectations
  • Must have high proficiency infinancial modeling in Excel
  • Must have fluency withExcel formulas and functions
  • Must have working knowledge of Information Technology (IT) terms and jargon
  • Must have strong analytical and data gathering skills
