## Job Mission

ASML in San Jose, CA is hiring Facilities Manager who will be responsible for site maintenance and physical plant security. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and conducting the daily business of site operations and strategic planning.

## Job Description

* Coordinate with landlord for grounds, external maintenance Develop
* Maintain Services Tracking System for all maintenance and repair services
* Manage service and repair vendors, MEP, building automation, security systems, housekeeping, etc.
* Manage Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System maintenance
* Manage Fire Extinguisher maintenance Manage AV Systems Manage furniture orders, installations, reconfigurations
* Plan / Manage Build Out/Expansion Manage Facilities JIRA tickets, providing service requested and closing tickets Compose/ send Facilities memos
* Assign phone numbers to employees and maintain office phone list
* Assign seating for employees and maintain cubicle map, Maintain, track, request, control internal and external signage Room setup requests Maintain Facilities SharePoint site Manage and set-up TV programming, per plans and for special requests Monitor HVAC Systems Monitor Plumbing/Water Systems Service office machines / call suppliers to service equipment Partner with indoor plant maintenance company Oversee Pest Control Contract Security
* Manage ProWatch badging and building access for facility
* Oversee reception function provided by outside security service

## Education

Minimum Associate or Bachelors degree

## Experience

* 5 or more year of experience in facilities management in high tech environment
* Hands on experience in Excel, PO/PR, Service request case queuing
* Hands on experience in maintenance and repair functions
* Strong vendor management experience
* Clean room / data center experience a plus
* Proven build out, design, maintenance skill set
* Some accounting experience desirable

## Context of the position

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings.
