Advance your career through a breadth of challenging opportunities on the Systems Engineering and Integration for the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) (SEIN) program. Our program is seeking energetic engineers and integrators to lead the transformation of the NSG enterprise from a product-centric system of systems to an online geospatial-intelligence (GEOINT) content and services provider model. The program provides full-lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) services, offering career opportunities across the system life-cycle. This system engineering program contains over 70 technical projects with 550 positions providing team members with considerable flexibility. Employees also have the potential to gain in-depth experience by working side-by-side with respected subject matter experts.

Successful candidates must:

• Have an understanding of how Systems Engineering and Integration supports the software development lifecyle (Concept, Requirements, Design, Test & Transition, Operations)
• Have an understanding of the GEOINT mission throughout the Intelligence Community

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate segment schedule and deliverables in support of test activities and milestones/effectivities.
• Integrate segment efforts between requirements, test and initialization activities in support of Interim Program Review (IPR) and System Completion Review (SCR) events

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline
• 1+ year of Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) experience (e.g., capabilities implementation, testing and integration, system transition and SLC process experience)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Understanding of software development efforts, including schedules, deliveries and agile development concepts.

Desired Qualifications:

• MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline
• IT credentials and certifications (e.g., DAWIA, PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, CISSP and SAFe Agile)
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office tools (Project, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Working knowledge of NTM system phenomenology and applications
• Working knowledge of the systems and subsystems that constitute the NSG TCPED functions
• Working knowledge of and ability to work with NGA segments to capture and document schedule, test and transition events related to planned NSG enterprise transition activities
• Knowledge of NSG change management processes (e.g., RFC process)
