This will be a physical position in the Barcelona office. This position may require up to 10% travel. This position requires language proficiency in English and the prominent regional language (to be defined by open position).\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent client services skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServes as primary support liaison between company and client.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInterpret client needs through discovery and analysis.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains all client data current and updated in the applicable CRM systems or databases\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop product expertise with Enterprise eTIME and business domain expertise with Time and Labor Management concepts and solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIs able to execute on required process/procedure by using the available knowledge tools\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResolves client application questions or problems in the area of system set up, product functionality and product enhancements in addition to other services issues in the complex arena of time and labor management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EApplies independent thinking and exercises discretion when brainstorming supportable solutions and contributing to and/or leading initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in special projects and other regional initiatives as required by management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConveys client feedback to internal functional leaders to improve the client experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUtilize product expertise to formulate solutions and implement to deliver desired results generating revenue through specialized services billing and coordinate project billing.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrates proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting the Time and Labor Management Systems to the client\u0027s expectations and satisfaction.
