SAIC has an opening for a Project Analyst who will support PE's Technology & Standards division to serve as Project Analysts

Duties and Responsibilities:

-
Track, analyze, and report on projects throughout their lifecycle.

-
Enhance project's performance by managing operational efficiencies, schedule management, project planning, and documentation management.

-
Create briefing materials for portfolio reviews to aid leadership and stakeholders with decisions to ensure successful implementation of projects.

-
Reduce project lags by supporting internal teams and client activities on strategic data analysis.

-
Coordinate requirements gathering sessions and reviews to advise the Government regarding technical requirements.

-
Collaborate with program managers to implement and enforce project governance/management processes.

-
Take meeting notes as required.

Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience

Required Qualifications:

-
Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures relating to and impacting the applicable program, organizational unit or administrative specialty

-
Advanced knowledge of/ability to apply basic methods and procedures used for research and statistical analysis

-
Advanced ability to analyze data and make accurate projections

-
Expert ability to exercise sound judgment, handle competing priorities, and properly organize and plan work assignments

-
Advanced ability to compile, write, and present reports

-
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships

Ability to take initiative and independently plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in various situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved

Clearance Requirement:

Must currently possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
