Position Description

 

The Director of Financial Aid Centralized Processing Center will provide significant leadership and management responsibilities for the Central Processing Center. This position will lead a team of professionals in performing highly regulated functions, such as verification (50,000+ per year), R2T4 (16,000+ per year) as well as other significant functions related to the administration of federal and state financial aid. The Director will assist the System Director of Financial Aid in strategic planning and thought leadership for financial aid.


Major Responsibilities/Duties

  • Supervise the Central Processing Center
  • Manage the integration of PeopleSoft and Onbase Software Solutions
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Manage the awarding of all federal and state financial aid processing
  • Oversee the training program for the Central Processing Center staff
  • Manage the bookstore process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance or related area) and six (6) years of position-related experience, or equivalent.
