The Director of eCommerce Fraud and Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the Company's risk management strategy. The Director of eCommerce Fraud and Risk Management leverages best practices in Risk Management (external fraud reduction, internal control implementation/development, insurance overlook) to deliver / make the teams deliver at a high standard of reliability. As a key member of the Finance team he/she will exhibit the highest level of integrity and will work proactively and constructively with other members of the Finance team, Groupe Rocher's counterpart and other departments to assist the Company in achieving its strategic goals and objectives.


  • Develop and Structure the team around the main challenges
    • External Fraud (CC mainly)
    • Internal Control implementation/documentation
    • Fiscal compliance for our consultants
  • Review external fraud level / lead mitigation plan implementation through a holistic approach from financial risk mitigation to business impact:
    • Risk identification
    • Build the mitigation plan: short and long term
    • Work X-functionally (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT) to ensure adhesion and adequate implementation
  • Implement Kount (Fraud Management System) / 2FA
    • Coordinate the implementation
    • Monitor the business rules and update internal processes to leverage the platform
  • Internal Control
    • Ensure Groupe Rocher internal procedures are implemented and followed throughout the company
    • Be the internal lead for audits related to internal controls
  • Risk Management
    • Build the risk cartography of the company
    • Be the liaison with the GR risk management team
    • Coordinate with the team dealing with the insurances that risks are covered

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a Business degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA / CPA / CIA or similar preferred
  • Minimum of solid 7+ years of experience in Audit (internal or external) or External Fraud Management or any combination of training, education or experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Ability to interact with management at all levels
  • Pragmatism
  • Communicate effectively in writing and orally; maintain objectivity and impartiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with teams based on remote/ off-site locations.
  • Experience in leading teams with different background / experiences.

  • MLM or DS industry background, preferred but not required
  • Fraud Management system experience, preferred but not required
  • European Group experience, preferred but not required
