The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

The Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer (IC CDO) is the Chair of the CDO Council, with responsibility over the following focus areas: oversee CDOC working group activities to include the Data Management Lexicon, Data Tagging, and Secure Data Standards working groups; lead CDOC to establish Data Management policy and procedures; lead development of Data Services requirements, operations, standards/controlled vocabulary, oversight of budgeting activities to establish a program of record for Data Services;

Support will include but not be limited to;

Strategic Data support senior level support to assist the IC CDO with managing the variety of Strategic Data Governance and Data Management items across the IC.

Policy Support develop data standards, policies, guidelines, and processes across the IC IE

Specification Team support - technical experts who can draft, and coordinate technical data specifications across the IC

Data Architecture support support the Data Architect with drafting the Multi-Fabric Data Architecture, along with SMEs from across the IC. Work with CDO community to plan and execute transition activities to new Architecture

Support the Data Sharing Initiative with mission partners to increase mission adoption of IC ITE and Data core services, balancing mission requirements, available and emerging IC ITE (including Data) services, and legal, policy and compliance requirements

Support the Government Working Groups by moderating, documenting notes, performing email communications, and other activities ensuring Working Groups are focused on mission results and that dependencies across working groups are identified and addressed


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

At least 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: systems architecture, engineering, and integration with focus on intelligence production and dissemination, markup-based (e.g., XML) systems, data processing pipelines, content management, workflow processes, enterprise services, data interoperability standards, and data standards policy and compliance in support of DoD and IC organizations.

Experience within the IC helping to set strategic direction, develop budget and program plans, craft technical responses to actions assigned by the CIOs office

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology)
