The Health group provides solutions to help government healthcare agencies lower administrative costs, reduce fraud and abuse, and improve the quality of services for individuals. We also provide analytics that combine clinical knowledge with big data technology and techniques to transform petabytes of data into meaningful solutions for our customers.


Acquires, researches and analyzes intelligence documents. Extracts and documents relevant data and prepares/adapts information to specifications for input to database. Assess threat impact of data extracted through use of modeling scenarios. Utilizes pre-established computer software system models. Uses a variety of computer software programs to aid in the conduct of work activities. Aids in the coordination of computer support activities and in the development of new applications of software support for threat analysis. Creates and updates computerized threat databases. Analyzes and maintains databases and monitors trends and characteristics of threat/intelligence data collected. Documents research and analysis and develops draft reports for project management summarizing study approach, methodology and findings. Requires skills and abilities in handling classified information. Requires familiarity with military order of battle, chain of command and communication/information security.

Reviews system and performance data from multiple sources to analyze anomalies and variances from normal thresholds taking appropriate action

Collect, analyze, and correlate network events and utilization 24x7, and use discovered data to enable mitigation of potential network and outage events within the enterprise

Sets up and runs diagnostic tests and reacts appropriately to the messages and reports errors or machine malfunctions as required

Ensures conformance with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), established processes, and workflow in an integrated team environment.

Provide weekly network utilization and bandwidth analysis to determine potential degradation or circuit availability issues utilizing NOC tools


Requires High School level plus some specialized training. 5-6 years of experience.

3+ years of experience in a NOC (Mid)

Demonstrated experience with verification, resolution and/or timely notification of system-generated alerts

Experience with NOC monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Orion, SAM, Whats up Gold, Naggios

Working knowledge of DNS and DCHP

Understanding of networking; TCP/IP, IP packet structures, peer-to-peer networking, IP addressing and subnetting, routing tables, etc

Understanding of networking concepts (ex. Ping, trace route)

Experience with Cisco switches, routers and wireless access points
