REPORTS TO: Director of Learning and Development / CRM Manager Job Summary: The CRM Analyst works closely with Sales Management to improve the effectiveness of handling leads generated by marketing activities and lead generating systems. The planning, execution and tracking of lead generating campaigns is critical to the success of this position. Key Areas: Minimum Requirements 4 Year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (May be waived due to experience level) Intermediate EXCEL and WORD experience. 1-2 years CRM experience preferred Permanent Position - Hourly Primary Responsibilities Primary

Set up all new users for SalesLink / COTI / and iQuote Provide various levels of system access based upon role and authority Set up all Lead / Opp Recipient access within SalesLink Maintain all current Organizational Changes in SalesLink Address all issues or problems with Zift interface Work collaboratively with the BI Dept. to generate all requested reports throughout the organization Submit tickets to have changes made to CRM Process all 'Requests' and Account submitted through the CRM system Requests are submitted through the CRM system and then manually processed Company Information Physical Location Update / Jobsite Update Influencer Add & Delete Influencer Update Prospect Merge Account Assign all MSR / PSSR/ PRAM / SRAM/ Rental Assign PAR Settings to all sales positions Process Equipment Add / Delete / Transfer Requests Communicate with all Branch Managers for approval/denial on Account Assignment Changes submitted by Salesmen or PSSR's Make all Account Assignment & PAR Changes throughout the state as new salesmen are added, removed, changed Work collaboratively with the IT Dept. when necessary to expedite DBS changes throughout the organization Make changes to Salesmen Assignments in DBS as directed Update County / Branch Coverage Maps through Tableau & Riggs Central Respond to all internal calls and emails throughout the organization regarding questions or problems throughout the organization LEAD Management Manually input all Leads received through Dealer website sources into the CRM system and expedite to the appropriate salesman Create / Establish/ Maintain all current sales campaigns within SalesLink Expedite all Leads that are downloaded directly into the CRM System from Caterpillar Enter and expedite all OLGA Leads and manage each campaign Provide campaign reporting and updates to management throughout duration of campaign Manage all Outstanding Leads throughout the organization Contact appropriate Salesman or Sales Manager to ensure timely management of all Leads Will be assigned an Individual Learning Plan Secondary Responsibilities Maintain an exceptionally strong working relationship with sales, parts, service, rental, retail, IT, Business Intelligence and Marketing functional areas. System Tools Uptake - Saleslink, iQuote, and COTI DBS Outlook, Excel and Word OLGA, Zift, and company websites Leadership Teamwork: Provide a retail focus and presence with each store and adhere to outstanding customer expectations. Safety Follow all company proposed safety; performance and general conduct work rules. Notify supervisor of any accidents or safety hazards observed. Job requires traversing rough and uneven ground and driving to and from customer and job sites. Physical Requirements Must be able to exert 25 lbs. of force occasionally and 10 lbs. of force frequently. Position requires reaching, grasping, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling and standing. Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, for contact with customers and co-workers. Must be able to read and comprehend information received via computer terminal, specification reports, memos & reports. General Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
