The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.


Develop a training information system for a DOD client. Training system will provide a common operational picture of the training environment in 5 integrated capability areas: Training Development, Training Management, Training Enterprise Scheduling, Learning Content Management, and Training Resource Management. These capabilities will enable the DOD client in planning and preparing for operational, institutional and self-development training.

  • Designing and developing engaging, innovative, and effective eLearning experiences that artfully combine multimedia elements (text, infographics, images, simulations, video, or other asynchronous elements) based on sound principles of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Content creation for the Customer's contextual Help System
  • Leveraging rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment (and support process improvement efforts).
  • Proactive commitment to eLearning user experience satisfaction and personal excellence.
  • Ensure new and revised content is tied to both course-level outcomes, objectives, and assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Write, proofread, and edit content
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • A passion for learning and technology.



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, development, and delivery of eLearning resources and supporting materials (e.g., infographics, quick reference materials), preferably using an eLearning authoring tool such as Lectora, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Storyline.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • US citizen

  • Secret clearance or ability to hold a Secret clearance.

  • ED/Ex BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
