## Job Mission

As an ASML Competence Engineer you will help optimize & maintain ASML system performance to meet the customer production needs.

As a member of the tech support group, you will work in a team environment with first line engineers, tech support engineers, and factory support to solve complex problems.

## Job Description



* Responsible for the performance of overview and road map for ASML systems at customer site.


* Develop skill set of the of the 1st Line and Technical Support team.


* Performs data analysis of systems to resolve problems and/or to improve system availability and MTBI performance. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance.


* Drive system performance roadmap engaging with factory team delivering feedback on performance and improvement activates.


* Review Machine Down Events for improvement opportunities and drive improvement within ASML organization.


* Factory interface with knowledge network able to get support for escalated issues.


* Provides support to applications and technical sales personnel as required.

## Education

A BS degree in an engineering field is preferred or equivalent industry or industry related experience in a Customer Support role.

Software knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, and related.

## Experience

ASML XT/NXT platform or Semi-conductor or Lithography experience preferred along with skills analyzing, documenting, communicating and coordinating at a high level.

Must be well versed using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
